From Malpas you can take the ferry down the beautiful river Fal past Tregothnan Estate and Trelissick to St Mawes and Falmouth. The popular north and south coast beaches are only 30 minutes away or stay closer to home and visit our nearest beach at Feock where you can sail or relax in the beach cafe. In the evenings enjoy a 10 minute walk to the city centre with a theatre cinema and plenty of recommended restaurants to try. The apartment offers ONE bedroom: spacious double with feature fireplace and en-suite shower room with WC located on the first floor. Lounge: situated on the ground floor with TV and DVD. Kitchen: galley style with gas hob electric oven microwave fridge dishwasher and granite work surfaces. Utility room: separate room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Amenities: ample parking. Truro is a small city in Cornwall, England, with a population, as recorded in the 2001 Census, of only 20,920. However, despite its small size, as it is the only city in Cornwall it is also the capital. It is located not far from Kenwyn, St Clement, Playing Place, St Erme, and Mylor.
Truro has much to interest the visitor, including of course the cathedral, the presence of which leads to its designation as a city. There are plenty of interesting shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as a variety of places to stay including hotels and self catering.
